Extension/ILR confusion

Hi,

I first entered the UK on Work permit and then got Tier 1 visa. The following are the time periods I was here :

1st visit: feb 2008 - aug 2008 on WP
2nd Visit: march 2009 - june 2009 ( on tier 1 from feb 2009 -
feb 2012)
3rd visit: October 2009 - till now (on tier 1)

Therefore I have 6 and a 1/2 months gap between 1st and 2nd visit and 4 and a 1/2 months gap between 2nd and 3rd visit. I got my visa extended again for 2 years from feb 2012 - feb 2014. Though I entered the UK within a month after I got my first tier 1 visa. Will I be eligible for ILR in feb 2014 or do I have to go for another extension?
