VAT Document.... Plz Help

Hi,

I've my own limited company and paying VAT regularly by Accountant A, now I've tier1 extension very soon and I came to know that he is not a registered accountant.

So now I'm showing my paper work by Accountant B.

My actual question is, the VAT payments which I've made has got Accountant A email address and my paper work is showing Accountant B name. So will this be any problem???
