I assume you are settled or a British Cirizen? If so, you make a joint claim for tax credits and that will be ok.

Reapply as soon as you're awarded child tax credits.

nosah, what does that mean? You are already getting Child Tax Credit? You have now applied for Working Tax Credit? But they refuse you? Why? Income too high?

What elements of child tax credits do you get? Give me a break down.

As I said above, once you are awarded child tax credits, reapply.

I have been waiting for 2 months and I only have one month left to reapply for sure maternity grant but I don't know if HM revenue will reply to me soon because they said our case is complex as my husband has spouse visa not British citizen, I don't know if they do the same for the rest

Who said you've only got 3 months to reapply? You should be able to reapply when you're granted CTC. Make sure you've actually already officially applied and got a decision letter.
