Parallel visa apps problem - Need your help

Hello everyone,

I am in a dilemma here. Basically applying for my schengen visa on 16th may and then also need to book an appointment for parents visit visa from India to UK. I have ILR for abt 2 months now and was thining of applying for visitor visa for parents but fill in my details on the visa form where they ask abt expenses/finances. I will also submit parents fixed edposits, property or other documentation.

However, will it be ok if I used just XEROX copies for either of the visas? How can I sort out this issue like which visa app is sufficient with xerox copies and which one needs original documents enclosed. main problem is pay slips, I have two copies of bank statements though.
