HELP NEEDED URGENTRY REGADING HSMP LETTER!

Post by disdil4u » Sat Feb 03, 2007 9:00 am

Hello all

I have just received letter and all my docs from HSMP team this morning

I got two letter from HSMP Team, One says that my HSMP has been Approved and other says it has been refused due to English Language Requirement.

Can any body has any idea???????

To all who received their approval letter, can you advise me what type of letter you received from HO?

I got one Colour Headed Letter on which it says that " HSMP Approve" dated 01/02/2007 and one Black & White copy which gives me my points scoring ( 75 out of 80) but it says that This application has been refused due to not English requirement which prited on 24/01/2007

Can you one know which letter is valid and how can i know it has been approval or it has been refused?

Your help need urgently..............

Thanks

mate ....

I guess the letter of rejection printed on 24/01/2007 is a copy of the rejected letter which has been revisited and another decision taken and this time you were lucky enough to get a n approval ....

The HSMP guys must have sen tyou both the letter just for your reference ....

Obviously hte latest holds good as it is on a later date and also on a colour letter head .. so it is original ...

Also confirm if the reference number on the colour letter head is the same as that of yours ......

no worries at all...

1.you would have been in a problem if your sencod date was a refusal..since its a approval...no worries at all....go with your second date(approval).

2.if you going for EC better not discuss about the issue...may delay ure clearence or u never know if its a denial..

neways...hope for the best....
leave the rest on god...

I think your application is approved. Just apply for the EC with your approval letter. It looks like that your application was rejected but then they reconsider it and approved it. So it shouldn't be a problem.

I personally think you should be rest assured that your application is approved. The first letter signify initial refusal, while the second signify review and subsequent approval.

or what about calling HO and getting it clarified before applying for EC. I think when you apply for EC your approval will be checked...anyway

I wish that you have the approval...but in case there is any confusion, it should not cause you another 300+ quids for EC and later knowing that something was wrong???

This is my opinion...it is up to u to decide
