I work as a contractor through GIANT Powerhouse. It is a Managed Service Company, Im a director with 1 share and get paid min wage + dividend. Its not my own limited company. I have an employers reference saying Im an overarching contractor that gets paid for assignments. I have a P60 showing the tax paid on the min wage and am claiming between Feb and Nov.

What contracts do I need to get? What should they say. I have invoices from Giant showing how much my I have been paid (min wage + dividend) as well as pay slips which show the min wage. What invoices are required? Do I need the ones Giant sends the agency?
