Regarding company

Hello,

I am going to file T1E in June 1st week thru PSW route. Actually I opened my company in november, somebody said u have to open a new company bcoz u got too much gap for your company and visa filing date (said home office vl ask what have u done in this period). So I am going to open new company.

Could u pls help me over here......

Here my doubt is : too many companies on one name is possible?
Is it risky for T1E applicants?
Will I get any problem if I don't close my old company?
Does home office will search companies by full names?

u may open as many companies as you want...no need to be scared

Well being very honest opening another company will not solve this problem. I am an accountant and you can trust on my words even though I am not being suggestive. first of all when u print out yr appointment report it shows how many company u have so they can ask u why u have 2 companies even though u have closed the old one. secondly if they find out which obviously they will that the previous company by nature is same like current company they might be curious to know if u have done any viable business under the old company. So to clear all this hassle u should apply with the old company coz then they will know u have been doing business for a while which means u didnt open company only for the application purpose and thats one of the genuineness tests they want to do. But the main question is have u done any business? or u just kept it open without doing anything. do u have any business account? have u been doing transactions in yr business account which relate from yr clients? do u have contract with yr clients? it doesnt matter how many clients u have got, what does matter if u have provided service which is at least NQF level 4 and from the appendix J. finally u can open as many companies as u want. hope all these explanations would help u. thx
