Any feb applicants, yet? Umm, I have seen quite a few december and jan applicants. but not february applicants.

I hope I am not the first applicant in february ( which should be either tomorrow or day after).

I dont think the case worker's manual is available. However, to be honest, the guidance notes itself can be considered as the case worker's manual as it clearly says, what is accepted and what is not including any exceptional circumstances.

-Letter from the Institute (Additional)

Income
-Payslips
-Tax assessment letter from IR
-Bank statements

-Birth Certificate with translation
-Secondary School Certificate (used as main evidence in Pakistan for the proof of age as an additional evidence)

Hi waqar

Well I presume that orginal WP is not mandatory as it is not mentioned in guidence note, so no worry. I have just checked that these days 4-5 weeks processing time but it depends case to case.

Best of luck for your application.

Pravtech,
"...letter from CA mentioning the salary per annum and tax paid till date in detail. "

Is this a professional service offered by someone? How do we avail this? How to get started?

Appreciate your help.

ok.. it is time for me to keep my fingures crossed. My consultant just confirmed that he made the application on my behalf. So I join the waiting queue for results :-). Here are the complete details

HSMP Type : 1 + 4 (extension) - In Country
Application Posted : 07 - Feb
Visa Expires : 02 - Mar
Ponts Claimed : 100

Evidence:
Age: Passport
Education: bachelors(Hons) certificate + transcript + naric letter
English Language: IELTS + Letter from University
Earnings:
* 8 months payslips (originals) (from 2 employers)
* 4 of the above stamped and signed (from employer 1)
* 4 of the above just signed and not stamped (from employer 2)
* a letter from employer that 4 of them could'nt be stamped because they dont have a stamp
* Employment contracts from both the employers
* a letter from both the employers stating the gross earnings for the 8 months
* bank statements showing the 8 months period
* last available P60 ( though that P60 does not cover even a single day of the period I am claiming for )
* my ex-employer's address changed. So a letter from them indicating the change of address and the new contact numbers.

Now fingures crossed.. and will keep you posted on the result.

Please Evaluate My Application

Post by hsmpfebindia » Wed Feb 07, 2007 4:12 pm

Hi All,

Kindly evaluate my application. I am giving Following Documents

out of Country Application(India)

Education
Bachelor Of Engineering Degree Certificate

Earnings
Payslips ( Claiming Jan 2006 to Dec 2006)
Bank statements
Salary certificate from employer on company letter head signed and stamped
Oanda.com printout for GBP to INR conversion rate

Age
Indian Driving Licence

English requirement
IELTS test report

Other documents
Saral Form (ITR) for Financial year April 2005 to March 2006.--> Only Stamped Not Signed.
I dont have Form 16 as my previous Employer refused to Issue a duplicate and Original form 16 is taken by the Income tax office when we file return.
Contact details for employment refrences

I also have some problem with My Payslip. I joined my previous company in the Month of November 2005 and was there till 19th January 2007.For the first 4 months from November 2005 to March 2006 i received online Salary slip. Then they discontinued the online salary slip and started giving the Paper Salary slip as transitioning was happening to Hewitt( a payroll Company). Then from September onwards we again started getting the online salary slip now from hewitt. My problem is the format of all the 3 set of salary slips are different. Moreover i misplaced the march Month Salary Slip . In lieu of that i asked my HR to give that month salary slip on Company letter head along with His signature.
Now i have all 12 months salary Slip stamped and Signed by my HR adviser. Is it Fine?

My Second Problem is that i recently came to know that the HR guy who who signed my Salary Slip has left the Company now .will this impact my Application

Kindly provide some valuable input

Anticipating a reply

Thanks and Regards

as long as you have salral form and the remaining payslips signed and stamped, there should'nt be a problem.

if the person signed has left the company, not a problem ,some one else in the company will answer on his behalf. be cool, and go ahead with the application.

I am posting mine today or tomorrow

Thanks
