I'm no senior mod but I will answer based on my experiences. Yes your online documents are going to be a problem. You can contact your bank and they can send you printed copies for a charge. At the bare minimum, they should be able to print them off in branch and stamp them. Your employer should also be able to print off your payslips on their official letter headed paper or at least stamp them. The P60 isn't a problem as UKBA can check with HMRC directly.

A UK notary public will need to have seen the original to attest to the validity of any copies so that is a no go.

Other than that you have all bases covered (maybe a few more utility/council tax bills if you can find any). Only question - the letter confirming that the medium used for your wife's degree was English - who issued that? NARIC (a degree that is assessed by UK NARIC as being taught in English and is equivalent to a United Kingdom Bachelor degree)?

As for how long it takes...how long is a piece of string? When I applied, the website showed 8 weeks. I got it in 1.

I have also submitted online / company print outs for the payslips and P60's as this was all that was available to me for my wives application. I didnt think to have them stamped by my company as the pdf docs have all the company info on them, would be difficult to copy for the conmen out there.

Although i did get 12 months of statements from my bank and i used a highlighter to show my salary being paid in.

If the online print outs etc are going to be a problem i hope they can look at the statements and tie it up!

I also added in all the right letters and contracts etc from my work as you did too.

What do you think guys?

Hi D4109125,

Better get from bank on their letter head all the banks do that if you say the reason. I lost my P60 so I called HMRC and asked them to send my last few years statement (took 20 days to arrive).

Pay slips do get stamped from company HR.

From my personal experience I submitted Passport, UK driving license and Bio metric card copies without certified and still my wife's visa was granted. So I guess it is not mandatory.
