ILR Teir I General Visa

I got my first successful tier1 general Application on on 08/10/2009
i got my extension on 01/05/2013 till 01/05/2015. as my extension was delayed by UKBA for 7 month, can i apply my ILR on 10/10/2014 as i will have 5 years period time spent in Tier 1 General visa??

can any one knows about when i can apply for ILR
