Applying for child benefit for my three kids,,, need help!!!

Hi All,

Thanks for all the help through out in our ILR application which was successful, now we are going to apply for child benefit, I have Three kids and the claim form is for two, so My question is what should I do about the third kid where should I write his details. I need help in this regard.
