I have a bad news recently i refused our Enterprenure visa (tire 1)
The reason are as follows:
" Unfortunately the advertising material you have supplied does not meet the specified requirements stated above. The advertisement in the waltham Forest Gurdian does not contain your name and does not go into great details about the services you provides.Also the advertising lisitng online do not contain your name and the website address you have noted on the advertising materials leeds to a black web hosting domain website. Due to this , the advertising is inadequate in proving business activity and no points can be awarded in this area.
You have providede two service contancts ;only one containts your name and signature whilst the other one containts the name and signature of your enterprenure team member. For enterprenure teams both members must sign each business contact provided to show that they are both equally involved in business trading activity.
You have submitted no evidence that you qualify for points under any of other provision in the table 4 of Appendix A, for example haning access of £50000 and we have been unable to award point for this attribute in accordance with appendix A of the Immigration rules.
