Visa refuse due to contract expert advice needed

Post by masha » Sun May 12, 2013 12:30 pm

Hi guys our visa was refused for two reason.
1) we supplied the copy of the contract which was not signed on each page.
2) we did nt provided the details of the client.

however as per my info n u guys also advise on it. as per the new regulations, if the applicant is missing ne minor document ukba should send an enquiry with the date for submission. for point 1.

for second reason we did provided the name address post code of the client.
the phone number is also there but its in the stamp of the client very clearly visible. and they dont have the email. as per law is email necassary?
please advise your expert opinion

you are right there is a guidance regarding missing minor information. If missing the minor information lead to the refusal then they should have contacted with you asking for that information. However it also says if there is a major information missing then they can overlook the minor one coz it will be refused anyway. I think not signing the contract was taken as a major mistake. secondly giving email address is important. but your argument would be what can you do if the client doesnt have any email address. as for the signing the contract u can say u just forgot it as it is the nature of human being to make mistake. but surely it doesnt make yr contact a void one. dont worry this case is a piece of cake. if u r good enough u can fight yrself. u even dont need any solicitor. best of luck
