Employer Nomination Scheme

Hi everyone

Does anybody have experience with this scheme? is it difficult to obtain?

I am a strategic management consultant working in a fortune 500 company in new york. I want to move to our office in Australia. I have a bachelor's degree, 3 years work experience already and have a salary of >110K $AUD. I have not worked in Australia before.

Would it be possible for my company to successfully lodge an application for getting me PR status under an employer sponsored migration scheme? What are the important issues that me and my company should be aware of?
