Entry clearence/visa for family member of a non EEA national

Post by firas1990 » Mon May 13, 2013 11:30 pm

Dear Immigration-boards admins & members,

I am Tunisian citizen who been granted an EEA Family Permit recently to join my wife who is an EEA citizen. Now i am going to leave my family who are composed from ,mum ,sis & bro.as i am the one who is responsible in my family,i would like to know if i am able to bring my family to live near to me and my wife, cause there is nothing what keeps them in Tunisia coz all they got is only me & even our relatives are selfish,so i won t feel safe at all about my family while i am away.
So i would like to know as i am going to reside in uk under EU law (family member of an EEA national) so what kind of entry clearence my family can apply for in order to join me? are they required to apply under the category of "family member of a setteled person in the UK"? is it possible that they apply for EEA Family Permit? cause i read sth about extended family members in the 2006 Regulation so the sponsor then should be my wife right?

Please state for me all the possibilities for me to bring my family closer to me .

Please note : My sister is 18 years old and my brother is 16 years old.

Kind Regards

Are you living in the UK presently? Is your wife working?
