Employment history letter and Letter for NI

Hi Folks,

I was reading through this forum. i understand that it is better if i have two letters from HMRC and NI

Could you please let me know the Telephone numbers i should call and the information i need to tell them for following letters


Employment History Letter
No to call
Info i need to tell them
How long does it take to get letter

NI Letter for proof of tax or NI
No to call
Info i need to tell them
How long does it take to get letter

A. Employment History Letter.

Details to be provided:-
1.NI No.
2. D.O.B
3.Full Name
4.Address
5.Employer's Name
6.The period of your request.

I went to the local tax office and spoke direct to an officer from HMRC. Received in 2 weeks.

B. NI Letter
Some one has to comment. Or when you speak to HMRC regarding your E.H. You could ask for their advise.
