Tier 1 general extension Ltd Company

Hello All ,

I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 general Extension next month . Few queries if anyone can help
1) I used my ltd company for first 4months then 4 months as permanent job and last 4 months as LTd company again , will be helpful if anyone has coverletter
2)Regarding supporting documents required for Ltd company I have seen lots of post with different options , can anyone suggest with specific set of document which I need to give , I dont think homeoffice needs invoice or timesheet please suggest .

Dividend Vouchers with net and Gross Dividend
company salary slips
accountant letter showing confirmed total income from the ltd company
Personal bank statement showing salary amount and net dividend.

for dividend voucher is there any format which I need to use and I need to Sign and stamp it myself right ?
Do i need to get the slary slips attested by accountant as well

for dividend vouchers, google it... you need to sign and preferably stamp it..
Payslips, if is in usual UK format, no need to signed by accountant...

sometimes they do ask for Invoices if you are going for PEO interview. It would be good if you got them handy.

When i went to Cardiff PEO they asked me.

For dividend voucher any suggestion for Stamp which I can purchase as On amazon i see it bit expensive

Its better to buy a customized stamp from vistaprint website.
