To support your submitted evidences, you may provide further evidence. If you already submitted all required documents with some deficiency in format or information on it, you may justify it.

All it depends on how you present your case and defend yourself and satisfy judge with valid reasons.

The reasons you opt to appeal, are mentioned on appeal form. To support those reason(s), you may provide further evidences.

Yes, you may not complete your application and supporting documents with an argument to complete in appeal.

The appeal systems backlog is huge! I have read somewhere that they're receiving thousands (minimum 3-5k) of appeals every week. I personally submitted an appeal on the 13th of April, payment was taken out 10days later and I've heard NOTHING ever since.

Rang the AIT and the lady said there's no date yet..The immigration system in this country is a joke   and it's only going to get worse with the ever changing rule/law! I cannot wait to get my passport and get out!
IMpossible is 2 letters to long!

Takes about 1-3 weeks! Check your account early next week!
