Cover letter under new rules

Post by kiwi_in_uk » Thu Feb 08, 2007 4:23 pm

Is a cover letter still required? Nowhere in the guidance notes (that I can find) does it state that one is needed.

I am putting my application together and wondered what the best 'format' is: should applications/evidence be put inside a folder etc?
