submission of false / fake documents

Post by odufal » Tue May 21, 2013 11:17 am

Hello,
A person has been refused an entry visa due to a fake document in the application submitted (immigration rules paragraph 320(7A).

How long can that person wait before re-applying for a visitor visa (obviously with genuine documentation this time round).

Many thanks

Doesn't matter how long, he or she will be denied visa whenever applies for visa.

Thanks Vinny

I thought as much but is there a documentation from the UKBA that allude to this (i.e. 10years).

And is the 10yrs counting from the same application refused or after re-applying?

Just click the above link Vinny has posted and you'll find UKBA reference to this.

There is a difference between this:

and this:

The UKBA won't ban an applicant for ten years for supplying poor quality documentation. They will ban an applicant for supplying false documentation as described in 320(7A).

Please clarify the nature of the "bad quality document".
