OVERSTAYED ON STUDENT VISA AFTER UNSUCCESFUL HSMP APPLICATIO

I URGENTLY NEED ADVICE. I HAVE BEEN A STUDENT HERE IN UK SINCE 1998. I HAVE OVERSTAYED FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF ON MY STUDENT VISA AFTER UNSUCCESSFULY HSMP APPLICATION. DURING THIS TIME, I REGISTERED FOR A PROFESSIONAL EXAMS AS A PRIVATE STUDENT AND HAVE HAVE PASSED. I HAVE STATED A FULL TIME STUDIES AT THE MOMENT. DO I HAVE ANY GROUNDS TO REGULARISE MY STAY? I VERY WORRIED AND NEED HELP.

Sorry, the answer is no. You may have other grounds than student ones, in which you may be successful after making an out of country application but your return to the UK as a student is closed for good.
Try HSMP again or find a job that would help you with WP. Or marry someone settled here. Then you will be able to apply for correct entry clearance and return.
