hi and thanks for reply in advance
posting after a long time . i am asking this for someone
we are living in italy and one of our neighbour family has italian indefinite residence card. .permesso lungo soggiorno .means no time limit to expire and .
they want to move to irelad and want to start up business with 25k euro .is it possible for them to do so .
as ireland is not in schengen .
any suggestions

They will certainly need the relevant type of visa in order to travel unless they hold a national passport which grant visa free entry to Ireland.
