BAPIO Case

The decision should be coming any time now. Has anyone heard anything?

I was just on BAPIO's website and I saw the tragic news that the claimant in the case, Dr Imran Yousaf, has taken his own life. These decisions of the HO to change immigration rules without notice or care about the impact on peoples' lives, have caused so much pain and suffering for people.

Looks like the case was lost... There's a right to appeal, but I don't know any details or if it'll be pursued.

I feel doubtful about the 4-5 year rule case too.
