FLR-O appeal base on Artl 8. Completed 10yrs before hearing.

Hi.....

My wife and I had applied for FLR-O extension on the basis of Article 8. But it was refused. We subsequently appealed to First-tier. But before our hearing date we both are completing our 10 yrs lawful residency in UK. What might be the outcome of the hearing OR is it really necessary to go for hearing at all. Thanks.

Let them know in the hearing that you have completed 10 years .
Everything will be sorted out by doing this.
