Guys,
Am an IT contractor and my wife is 50% holder in my company.
When I went for my my first extension, I was 100% share holder of the company and produced the standard set of documents and got my visa extended without any issues.
My query is now that my wife is also 50% share holder of my company, do I need to produce any other document during my visa extension or the same documents that I used when I was 100% share holder.
Do you guys suggest I should remove my wife and become 100% share holder again just to get my visa extension without any issues.
Do we need to show any special document for visa extension just because my wife is 50% share holder or only the standard documents that I used when I was 100% share holder.
