Travelling later than Work Start date on Job offer (COS)

I have employer sponsoring me for Tie2 General Visa. I got my Visa and everything is well and fine.
Query is: when employer applied for COS, they have mentioned work start date as 15th June. I got my Visa start date as 14th June. perfect. however I cannot travel till 15th July due to personal reason and notice period serving in current employer in India.
Is there any problem (UKBA related) if travelling 1 month later than actual start date on COS /job offer latter.
Do anyone face such situation of have any idea? I tried to find over internet but cant find answer anywhere.

I doubt that would cause any issue. but to be safe I would get a letter from UK employer stating the same.
