12 months consecutive earning for Tier 1 G extension

Post by developer101 » Fri May 31, 2013 6:47 pm

Hello everyone,

I have been searching internet to have answer to query but I could not get the right answer is.

I have to get extension for my tier 1 General visa on April 2014. I had extension done previously so I am aware of the rules.

But this time it is slightly different. Now I am very well aware that 12 months consecutive earning needs to be shown. Less than 12 months period can be claimed provided that I get enought points.

I want to claim March, 2013 to Feb 2014 period as I will submit my application in March 2014.

But I will not have June 2013 month salary slip as job change. Now what I have the options?

If I claim period after June that is from July 2013 till Feb 2014 (8 months) I will not get enough points.

So can I claim period from March 2013 - May 2013. then from July 2013 to Feb 2014? (remember no June 2013 earning)

Thanks,

will appreciate any one answer me

Thank

Hi,

Absolutely no worries about that one. Alternatively you can include June salary and CW will reject the earnings (worst case scenario).

Cheers
I try to give honest answers, however I might be wrong, kindly always check with your solicitor/accountant for final confirmation

You can use any number of payslips as long as they are within a 12 month timeframe. You don't need to have 12 payslips.
