I nehal I provided all details which mentioned in policy guidelines,eg landline number and email address.

I have provide everything in the contracts landline, address with postcode, names, signed by both parties, duration. But I forgot to provide email address

Yes 50k in business account under director loan, so they been invested in business.

and i have put myself on payroll... how do u take salary from ur business...

I things it should be fine but you need to mention in unaudited accounts that you gave a loan to business and after that salary would not be any problem.

Did you submit your personal bank statement showing a transfer of 50k in your business account?
or did you just submit business bank statement showing a closing balance of 50k?

Hi @Smartpen i would recommand to fill change of circumstance form and mention about landline number, because in worst case if you will get refusal on that base, than you have the proof to show in court, and i belive you will win 100% if they refuse on that ground.

@chris:I showed my personal bank account statment as a proof, and that the same statment which i been used for the maintance fund too.
