Good News!!!...Got the visa after refusal because of salary

Hi All,

I would like to share some good news after 6 months of struggle...Hope this help someone in this forum..

1. Previous Visa PSW (Expired on 13/Dec/2012)
2. CoS assigned by employer on 19/Nov/2012 with SOFTWARE ENGINEER role and pay 24k.
3. Applied for Tier2 General on 26/Nov/2012
4. Refused on 10/Jan/2013 the reason, Not satisfied with pay for the role.
5. Appeal lodged on 24/Jan/2013 (The job title mentioned in CoS wrong i was actually working as Graduate Software Engineer and also i have been promoted since my application.)
6. Statements and additional documents prepared by lawyer sent to court & UKBA on 13/May/2013
7. Court hearing was withdrawn by UKBA on 20/May/2013
8. Initial court hearing was on 21/May/2013 (So didn't go to court)
9. Got passport & BRP card on 31/May/2013

They withdrawn the appeal and reconsider their decision based on my promotion in theory which satisfies their salary range for Software Engineer (SOC2000 - 2132 ) role.

So finally got my visa. Thanks to one and all who helped me in this forum.

i applied for tier 2 in nov-2012 at that time there are no new entrant or experienced worker.

you just have to use relevant soc2000 code.

but now it is changed...
