Hi friends, I am applying my Tier 1 General extension next week. I was employed till Jan 2013 and so I am showing 10 month earnings from previous employment which satisfies the criteria.
I am contracting through my limited company now and taking the documents along; not showing it unless asked for.
Please check the list of documents below and let me know if I need to carry any more docs.

Main Applicant:

Invitation letter from UKBA
Photograph
Passport
Cover Letter
Application – Extension for leave to remain Tier1 (General)
Point Based Calculator from UKBA website
Qualifications – Already proved, but taking my MCA Degree certificate just in case
Past Earnings
1) Letter from previous employer
2) Payslips - sealed & signed
3) P45 from previous employer + P60 from accountant
4) Original Bank Statements

UK experiance claimed
English Language Requirements – Already proved, but taking my MCA & BSC Degree Certificates
Fund Maintenance – Bank Statement

Dependant:

Original Marriage Certificate
Bank Statement
Council tax bill


Just taking the following documents for my self employment
1. Dividend Vouchers
2. Payslips
3. Company incorporation document
4. Letter from Accountant
5. 2012 – 2013 Tax returns
6. Invoices Raised

8. Contract from agency

Seems good but you will need proof of cohabitation like utilities bills. You will need like 5 evidences.

I just used bank statement and council tax bill for dependant.. i think thats enough :0
