It is in an industrial area, 5 min walk from the nearest underground station (if you know where you are going... most locals do not know the address), quite small, they do not have (as of Sept 2012, they did not have) the card reading machine, so you need to fill in the payment form. It is quite small, officers I was talking to were quite friendly. There is a water machine, probably asnacks machine, a tiny coffee shop in front of it.

Thanks yucca. Have you applied for ILR? what was the outcome of your application?Any further details would be much appreciated.

It’s just another office mate, business as usual, nothing special they selling. Been there number of times though and get out successful every time; while Tier 4 and Tier 1. Good luck
