From the posts here it looks like if your absences are more than 180 days on work and if you have a letter from employer and if you have worked for same organisation satisfying other requirmentes mostly your case will go through.

Pl correct me If I am wrong.

hi, what about my absence <180days, should i need letter to confirm or just leave the application section 6 blank.
