Post by TILLUangel » Thu Jun 13, 2013 7:34 pm

i provided sponsors bank letter.
i submitted sponsor let that the person X sponsoring the money from india.
1. sponsors bank letter doesn't have my name
2.sponsors bank was citi bank in india, they are saying that bank was not govt regulated or something
3.they are saying advertisement doesn't contain my name

is it ok? can i go for appeal or can i reapply
but my solicitor guiding me for appeal but i am interested in reapply.
Because they gave so many reasons and they said i got 0 points out of 75 ,so prefering for reapply.bur solicitor blindly arguing that we will win appeal. i am in confusion.
