Evidence of accomodation

Hi,

My wife is applying for spouse settlement visa from abroad. As a requirement they have asked her to submit Evidence of her current accomodation. She lives with her mother and the tenancy agreement and other utility bills are in her mum's name. No idea what evidence can she produce as evidence of her current accomodation. Can anyone advise on this please.
