hello everyone
Basically i came to UK on a tier 1 (General) visa for 2 years after that applied for an extension got tier 1(General) extension for 3 years i have few question about applying for ILR,
now the ukba says
1) i need to take life in uk test which is fine also
but
2) From 28 October 2013 people applying for ILR must have speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher, or its equivalent.
is this applicable for Tier1(general) because i had already claimed in my tier1 first application and in extension that my degree was taught in english and then appropriate 5 points were awarded.
or do i still need to take this speaking and listening qualification exam
please let me know your reply
bellow is the link for statement of intent
