Dear all,

It could be a daft question and may be answered before (couldn't find it though) but I guess it is better to ask then to regret later on:).

In the online registration form, Part A, we are required to provide Passport details. Am I right to say that the details are of British/Foreign PP and not of surrendered Indian PP please?

And what if I make a mistake in filling the form up and then submitted it? Can I edit it later or resubmit a correct form before printing it please?

British/Foreign PP only - once surrendered, indian passport will have no use for any purpose.

if you make a mistake and realise after submission, then if the error was on form A my suggestion is fill up another form and submit. if the error was on form B - just strike and correct by hand during submission.

online submission is mere data entry process only and unless the application is actually submitted at HCI or posted with correct fees, it will not be considered as "submitted".
hence unless you actually submit the application at HCI, you'll not find your record at the system and it will give you "no records found" message.
