Language Requirement from oct 2013 for Settlement

Hi All

I will be applying for ILR post Oct 2013 i.e. new language requirement a level B1in English, now instead of writing an english test I want show the 'degree taught' in english as proof , I have listed down the options below and i need to know which one is sufficient for this

1) Degree certificate + letter from university stating the medium as english

(Or)

2) Degree certificate + PBS calculator page printout that shows I score 10 points for english(I hope this info is taken from naric database)

(Or)

3) Degree certificate + UK Naric english assessment certificate

(Or)

4) Degree certificate + UK Naric english assessment certificate + UK Naric certificate of equivalence to UK bachelor degree
