UKBA is starting a new online application scheme for Tier 4 where all students have to go through an online procedure and payment will be deducted at that time (before student even post his documents)

Today, they have also removed a paper application form's link from their website.

Could you please suggest, if someone needs to apply now within uk, how would they apply for leave to remain, as there is no printed application form in ukba website?

Hi,

Register yourself and fill your details as in like a paper form and payment will be taken only by card. Print the form and enclose the regular documents as usual. That's it.

Make sure you have a valid CAS and Visa.

Can someone please suggest me whether online application is mandatory for all tier 4 application within UK or not? can I apply now by post or I must have to apply online?

I think it's mandatory as I haven't found anywhere to download the form.But it's easy.Better apply rather than waiting till the last day where sometimes you may find the website down.

Once you start filling the online form, it would ask if you have any dependents applying with you.In the same form it has dependents section, so just starting filling and follow instructions.

Thank you so much Jmoha. Yes, it was straight forward application. However, I was just wondering whether I need to fill another seperate application for my dependent or I dont need to (as I have already enclosed dependent information within my application)? Would you please kindly suggest me?

You don't need, it's all in one form. The dependent will have to sign on their page.
