help for my application urgent please

Dear frnds,

I am filing T1E vth team 2mrw, I got ready everything n small doubt. I am relying on business partner funds in uk ( funds in uk),
in the application asking that

Where are your funds from?

Own funds. Third party

From these two which option can I tick.

Is the money in your own personal account or not?

If it is, then it's technically "your own funds". So you select that option.

However, if the funds is in another persons bank account and you've had to do a declaration stating that you have access to the money, then you select the "third party" option on the form.

If fund in Uk with your name on it then own fund.

Make sure if you apply with team of 2 after psw
Then you should have joint account and on that account statement Wichita you going to send to home office both name on it. Like your name and your business partner name

plus point if you both get letter from bank conforming amount and date this amount is available at this time...
I myself got tier 1 last week with team after psw ..
