pre action protocol letter

I have sent ukba a pre action protocol letter via email,it as been acknowledge by ukba straight away on the 30th may,since then I haven't heard from ukba regarding the letter,how can I make a complaint regarding a no response to the letter? Thank you

Its their choice if they respond or not. If they do not respond, then its upto you to take any action you see fit.
