OCI application in person submission – CGI Edinburgh

OCI application in person submission – CGI Edinburgh

I am intending to submit OCI applications for me + my wife + my child in person at CGI Edinburgh. The CGI Edinburgh website mentions the opening times of the counter between 9:30am -12:30 pm.

Can anyone advise from their experience if there are normally long queues outside the CGI Edinburgh, and if so, how soon should I arrive at the consulate to be able to complete the process on the day?
