cooling period for T2 ICT dependent

Hi , Iam in UK on T2 ICT dependent visa and my visa will be expire on Aug 2013 . So after going back can i apply for T2 general ?? or cooling period also applies for dependents as well.

No, it doesn't as dependents don't fall with the definition of 'Tier 2 Migrant' used in the Immigration Rules.
