Italy has had a number of immigration amnestys the most recent announced in June 2006:

The Dutch announced an amnesty at the beginning of February 2007 for people who have lived there since 2001 -

The UK also has an ongoing programme of family amnestys for people who have had children in this country:

amzad, if they find out that you are American, they are going to send you
back.

Get over it. Find a place in America that suits your political beliefs better , instead of getting into Europe or any other continent using illegal means.

I'm sure the life in America is better than what it will be in a European jail or detention centre.

.

amzad -

You've received quite a bit of response to your question already.

Please do not keep creating new threads on the same topic. If you have a new way to ask the question, post a reply to the other threads you've started.

Please.

You may rest assured that no European Union nation will grant amnesty to an American. The non-EU nations, such as Norway & Switzerland will not either.

If you are so serious about immigrating, then post some information and questions and strategies about yourself, and there are dozens of folks here who can advise you.

There is also this case, but I wouldn't go making plans on it:

Canada - US woman may apply for refugee status
http://www.workpermit.com/news/2006_08_ ... status.htm

Basically, you need to find a job and use that as your basis for a residency visa.

You will need to budget money, as was suggested in your other threads.

If you have a criminal record, you're going to have a really rough go of it.

If you were given a criminal record by really wacked-out U.S. laws and actions, you might have a thin prayer of amnesty with a good lawyer who can demonstrate that charge/conviction as conclusive proof of persecution.
