New Born Application

Hi

I am on Tier 1 (g) and applying for my UK born child for visa only. My wife and myself not applying.

I am going through the application form and some questions do not make sense unless i am looking at the wrong form

1) application fee should be 561 pounds but there's nothing like 561 pounds on section A1

2) there are (ht) next to nearly many questions. Does this mean anything?

3) in a section it asks how did you enter the UK? On non of the answers it says by birth.

4) there are questions about maintenance for the dependent. Obviously i am the one looking after her. It does not ask about main applicants sponsorship

5) what do i need to apply for supporting documents?

To my understanding
1) passport of my child
2) full birth certificate
3) my statements
4) what about my BRP or passport? Do i need to supply this?

Anything else?

What is going on with this forum? There seems to be a lot of spammers now and also just asked a very simple question.

I don't need to have all the answers above

Just asking which box to tick for payment for my child visa application. The guidance says 561 pounds but there is no such a payment in the boxes of the application form

1. Its no longer £561 any more... now it will cost you £1545. Fees has been increased from 6th April.
2.ht means help text. The guidance notes has explanation about those topics marked with ht.
3.Leave that section blank.
4. Main applicants sponsorship is irrelevant with this dependent application.
5. Supporting documents: child's passport, Full UK Birth Certificate, Your bank statement to prove maintenance fund & copy of your BRP.
