I have an ILR and my wife is on spouse visa, I m about to apply my british citizenship in a month time, can I have child benefits?

Yes, child benefit in your name and tax credits in joint names. The child recently born is British.

Hi,
I got ILR and my wife is on PBS dependent visa, can I apply for any benefit without effecting her ILR in future. I have 2 children.
