Hello Everyone,

Pls I need help and advice on derivative residence card application. Am a parent of a British citizen and that is the basis am applying on. I am also doing this myself because I can't afford any solicitor.

Please is there anything I need know or filled in the form to avoid refusal?

I also need a cover letter with case law and I don't know how to write all that.

I'll really appreciate all your contributions.
