Maintaince Funds and Required Documents

HI, I am living in England from last few years, i work as part time and also have little business, i need to apply for my husband and one child visa who are in pakistan,can any body answer below questions Please.
1.Documents i need to apply for visa.
2.How much maintiance funds do i need to apply for each dependent and for my self.I still got few yaers visa left do i need to show maintiance funds for my self as well.

1. Maintenance fund proof - £600 per dependent (total £1200 for consecutive 90 days)
2. Marriage certificate in English
3. Birth Certificate of child (parents name in child's passport is highly recommended)
4. proof of subsisting relationship with your husband

1. U said I need 1200 pounds for my husband and my child but do I need to maintain for my self as well on top of £1200
2.Does my husband need to do IELTS or any alternative course
3.Do I have to earn £18500 to apply dependent Visa for my family
4. Do I have do attach my salary slips with application form
5. Is there any kind of Medical certificate need from home land for my family
6.do I need to send original passport and my visa or its photo copies ?
