Hi

Can someone apply for TIER 1 Entrepreneur Dependent application from inside UK?

I am on Tier 4 visa. My wife was on her own Tier 4 and today she has got her Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa on £200K basis.

Is there same day service for Tier 1 entrepreneur Dependent?

Yes you can convert your Tier 4 visa as an Enter. dependent in country. If you have any confusion please contact to Paul and John Solicitor, 115A Stratford, London, E15 1EN, contact: 02082151205.

They probably will not let you switch to PBS dependant without a fight.

It would be difficult to switch unless you can prove that it is not suitable for you to leave the UK and seek entry clearance.

I strongly believe that you can prove to the UKBA that it is not sensible to leave your British born child and your wife in this situation. So i would urge you to contact the solicitor please don't try to fight your case yourself as it's not gona be that easy as you might think.

Thank you for this sharing.

I will definitely be using solicitors. I have some strong grounds to apply from inside country.

I am not sure whether I should use Tier 1 dependent form or FLRO form for this application?
