ILR queries section 1.16, 6.41, 7.11

Kindly advise on the below.

1. Section 1.16 on Set O form

Correspondence address if different to current home address:

Since I am working ,I would request Bio metric card and other documents to arrive at my office address.

Please confirm if office address to be inserted into this section.

2. Section 6.41 Set O form

Last entry to Uk : I cam back to UK last on 13/01/2011 from India from vacation.

Kindly confirm if this is the date to be inserted.

3. Section 7.11 Set O form

How long have you lived in the UK

I came to UK first on 06/11/2008 on Tier 1 visa.

Kindly confirm if 4 years 10 months to be inserted considering I may get PEO appointment in first week of September.

My visa runs out on 30/09/2013.

Regarding 7.11, I entered UK first as a student in the year 2004 and in Aug 2008 I got my Tier1 General visa stamped on my passport.

My question is that for 7.11 on the form do I need to count my stay from 2004 OR I need to just count my stay from when the Tier1 General visa was granted?

Please senior members I would appreciate if you can help me on this question.

* Yes, I believe you can use your office address as correspondence address. {gurus pls correct me if I'm wrong}

Kindly confirm if this is the date to be inserted.

* Yes, that is the correct date (if you haven't travelled outside of UK since then)

3. Section 7.11 Set O form

How long have you lived in the UK

* Yes, 4yr-10mon is correct.

* Yes, that is the correct date (if you haven't travelled outside of UK since then)

How this calculated ? Its based on the visa stamping date or the date enterted in the country ?
