Does any one know how to apply for Restricted COS using SMS

Hi Guys,

Recently my sponsor applied for restricted COS on 2nd July-13 and we are expecting allocation by 11 of july 2013 but while going through UKBA site came to know interesting points

in that they stated
"Once you have completed the online application, you must print off your submission sheet and send them with your supporting documents. You can send in more documents as long as they reach us before a decision has been made."

here my question is Online application means Restricted COS application or else once we get RCOS then after assigning employment details?

The above is referring to the application for the licence, so it's nothing to do with RCoS.

Any updates on R-COS ? Allocation done or not.Actually i m also waiting for it. Please let me know.My sponsor told me yesterday like it has been delayed.

I got the COS from my sponsor today n they provided me the sponsorship.
